Content is interesting but the "expert" author manages to make it boring and complicated through overuse of metaphors, wordiness and hyperboles.
Maybe something got lost in translation from German....

rewatched this (after 20 years). I had forgotten a lot of the story, but enjoyed it. I remember, 20 years ago, the special effects being fantastic.....however, times have moved on. But the story was as great as ever.

Jurassic Park is a suspenseful thrill-ride that keeps you on the edge of you seat through the whole movie. Great film, great soundtrack and especially great special effects. The mix of CG and animatronics work very well. Rewatching it, you can tell the CG in places, but it still holds up very well. Although, the movie isn't quite as good as the book, it's still the best of the Jurassic films.

The author is a m a z i n g and so are the movie adaptations. Not for the faint of heart or those without a sense of adventure or humour!

After watching Jurassic World, I wanted to watch Jurassic Park again. I was expecting to be disappointed but it still kept me on the edge of the seat like when I first watched this as a child.

I watched it as a child and was thrilled. But I thought I got over Jurassic Park. I watched it again and I was still thrilled.

I expected it to be horrible, but checked it out to watch with my grandson who loves Jurassic Park. I was pleasantly surprised that it's actually a very entertaining movie-right up there with the first one. I really hated the second JP "The Lost World", but this one is actually not bad. It really helps to have Sam Neill back and William H. Macy.
