Well written, easy to read. It surprised me to contain a history of covid. He clearly has interviewed Dr.s Fauchi and Redfield. Bob Woodward digs for the facts, corroborates them and knows how to write well. His long history interviewing presidents and treating them fairly gives him more credibility.

This one was a bit exhausting. Woodward's recounting of his conversations with Trump portray the conversation with a thoughtful journalist and a brick wall.

Woodward started and continued his career in the Intelligence community. This is an extension of the directive that he works under. Regardless of the topic at hand one must appreciate the role that he serves.

Great book, probably will be studied by political science/public policy students on how not to handle a pandemic. Woodward is a little dry, like always, but the reporting is great. Vote!

Are you kidding ? NO. Kindle copies ordered?
Shame on you. Reading it as an epub on my tablet.
Great book.

I read Woodward's earlier book, Fear, and looked forward to this one. Important book to come out at the right time, although who can keep up with all that is happening --such as the damning info about taxes in the NYT, the farce of the first debate, the covid diagnosis--the list grows by the day. But this book cements some of the things we already knew or suspected with on-the-record quotes. That's the big difference. And the treatment that administration members like Mattis and Coates got is appalling, although I'm in the camp who wished they had said something at the time. Most people have heard about the last sentence of the book wherein Woodward says Current Occupant is the wrong person for the job. We hardly needed this book to know that, but Rage helps make that point more strongly. Read it now and vote!!

I was fortunate enough to be the 1st library patron to get my particular copy. It's not a spoiler to say that the last sentence reads as follows: "When his performance as president is taken in it's entirety, I can only reach one conclusion: Trump is the wrong man for the job."

This is a must read to see how Bob Woodward comes to this conclusion in 392 pages. He is more than fair to Trump. He had 17 conversations with him and many more with others close to Trump.

I am returning my copy forthwith so as many as possible can read this before November 3rd. Read it and pass it along ASAP.

Watched an interview of Robert Woodward today on MSNBC. Could not believe how loose Trump's lips could really be. Hope the book elaborates on the real business dealings that Trump has with Putin. This will be an excellent read.
