Jason Reynolds does not claim to know how to make dreams come true; he has, in fact, been fighting on the front line of his own battle to make his own dreams a reality. All the kids who are scared to dream, or don't know how to dream, or don't dare to dream because they've never seen a dream come true. Jason wants kids to know that dreams take time. They involve countless struggles. But no matter how many times a dreamer gets beat down, the drive and the passion and the hope never fully extinguish. Just having the dream is the start that is needed.

An inspirational letter/poem about following your dreams no matter how long it takes to achieve them.

Amazing, uplifting, a must read for any Dreamer.

For Every One, a book by Jason Reynolds, is a series of poems put together into one book about achieving your goals and working hard. For Every One is about Reynolds' giving advice to the reader and telling them that their dreams will come true, even though it's not easy to work for them and can be hard. For a poetry book, the book seems to be very short compared to others (For Every One is 112 pages while the average poetry book is 170-200 pages long) but the whole point of the novel is tied up together perfectly. I really liked this book because I see this book as a good motivation-booster and can really inspire me when I’m trying to achieve new goals. For Every One of my favourite poetry books. I absolutely recommend reading this book. I give this book a rating of 4.5/5.
