Fluffy quick read. Perfect for the holidays.
Saccharine story line and a predictable play on the title of the book. Read it in one sitting. As a previous reviewer said, fans of Macomber will enjoy this story.
Sappy. Quick read. Debbie Macomber fans will like it.
My favourite of all of her books so far! I usually find that I frustrate during the reading of her books at the characters for being so poor with communication, but then realize, there would be no story if it worked my way. Merry and Bright was a refreshing change from finding myself in that frustrated state. A good, easy read with a different story line from what we have come to expect. Loved her characters in this story!
Awww, sweet story. Enjoyed it! Love Debbie Macomber.
Mom is aghast because daughter is 24 and not married and thus signs her up for dating service. Seriously??? I thought this was 2017, not 1917.
Such a good book kept me reading and reading and finished it in an evening. Has the twelve days of Christmas intro in the back of the book and that was from 2016 so now I have ordered that book so I can continue to read that one. Debbie Macomber is my favourite author and I absolutely love all her books.
"Christmas is a condition of the heart...It's being open and sincere, generous and kind to those with less, or showing our love to those we cherish." by Debbie Macomber in her book, Merry and Bright, pg. 158.
