Ms Coyne makes the jumps from Page Six to Good Housekeeping to People in writer and editor positions. There are plenty of stories about her dealings with celebrities. I especially liked her personal observations about Tom Cruise and Michael Douglas.
I also enjoyed her work place stories and how she segues into each "next job". It was not always easy going at these magazines. She writes of what happens when, after being at Good Housekeeping magazine for years, a new boss comes in and freezes her out.
A fun, easy and entertaining read, not just for fans of the celebrity set. Find out what it is like to keep several balls in the air in a journalists life.
A just right read for fans of "People" magazine.
