I'm glad I came across this book at the right time. My daughter was experiencing some gossip about her, at school, by two girls she thought were her friends. She was very hurt & and it made her cry. We had a good talk & I explained how sometimes we all experience similar things like this & that unfortunately there are people in the world who are very rude & disrespectful. And the way these girls disrespected her says a lot about them. I wanted her to find someone else to hang out with, somebody positive & stay away from negative people & if they didn't stay away from her then we would have to speak with the teacher & principle & possibly the girls parents. But I explained not to be negative to them just be the best person that you can be. Yet I didn't feel completely satisfied that I gave her enough good advice. So I was glad I saw this book, and it made so much sense especially coming from a young girl who went through her own experience of being bullied. And she had lots of great advice to share. I recommend this book to all even to bullies :)
