Good book by Meb who is one of the best marathoners all over world. Learned a lot from this book, not only about running , but also about life. Thanks Meb!

A good, basic introduction to running from one of the most accomplished American male distance runners today. Probably not of much use to those more experience, though sometimes a review of the basics doesn't hurt.
