A fun Disney pirate adventure movie. Based upon the ride. Well done. Family

Pirates of the Caribbean series is wonderful for nearly 13 hours of binge watching (much more if one cares to check out the bonus features.) This epic is the first film in the Pirates of the Caribbean trilogy:

This is a fun movie to watch for laughs and adventure. Johnny Depp as Captain Jack Sparrow is one of his best roles in his career. Captain Jack Sparrow is silly and hilarious. This movie is the best one in the series and I love watching it many times.
VERY GOOD 2003 first part of Pirates of the Caribbean trilogy. I really enjoyed Johnny Depp's performance and the rest of the film had high quality throughout.
This one, (for me) is the worst in the series. But it's still awesome. The third is, and always will be the best, and one of my favorite movies.
Man, this movie rocks. When I was a teenager, I had written off Disney movies as 'for kids'. This changed my opinion on Disney and had me reevaluate the studio and all of their movies. Before Pirates, I just liked Disney movies. After, I love them.
This is very close to the top on my Favourite Movies List, for good reason. The music, SFX, and casting were absolutely wonderful! I also loved the humour :D
Fun movie! Depp is good in this one!
