Quick book to reference and read in less than a few hours if you have to. Great starter book for basic introductions on what / why foods can make the body become inflamed. Recipes are basic and I was able to find each one just by Googling the titles of the recipes just fine.

This book is super surface-level and can be read in just an hour or two. It's an absolute basics book, but I was looking for a deeper dive into the science of inflammation. This book will likely not tell you anything you don't already know.
