This eagerly awaited follow-up vividly imagines what happens when the abiding joys of parenthood are exchanged for the gradual deterioration of a CHILDLESS world. Everyone is nervous about how Judge Victor Santiago will rule. The case involved the tragic demise of a loving mother and her disabled son. A common medical procedure has somehow created havoc across the legal and economic landscape. The president's popular Youth Initiative is losing momentum. Political and economic fortunes are at stake. That's why someone, somewhere, would rather put the judge in his grave than risk a wrong decision

I am very disappointed with this book. After I "inhaled" Fatherless (1st book), I expected this to be even better. It was not. There seem to have been no plot, really. I felt dragged along. A woman who did not want kids ends up wanting kids right away (no real development, it just happened overnight). A guy is having slight remorse regarding assisting his mother with suicide. That's about it. The whole book could have been written on just a few pages. The thing that I found intriguing was the legalization of fetus donations. This could have been expanded on, but it wasn't.

Good book..Liked it..Well worth reading...
