Donald Smith delivered a gorgeous cook book filled with classics and finer fare. Our November Smorgasbook selection was a real eye pleaser filled with good stories, restaurant reviews and most of all good recipes. This title is heavy on seafood and fried food and the recipes are not fast or easy. This title is perfect of for the cook book reader as it truly develops a sense of place. If you are a chef who like a challenge and has access to great seafood, this book is for you!
