Do sharks hone in on human flesh? Are sharks now coming in closer to shore? What causes a shark to turn rogue?

This often intriguing (and sometimes gory) documentary-DVD consists of 5 expertly-produced episodes from Discovery Channel's ever-popular TV series, Shark Week.

Here in "Fins Of Fury" the viewer is given a front-row seat to witness all of the ferocious strength and undaunted persistence of one of the sea's most powerful, most blood-thirsty, and most brutally fascinating predators of all.

Since 1991 there clearly appears to be a steady increase of shark attacks on humans, worldwide.

Well, when you've got people who are actually taking it upon themselves to train sharks, is it any wonder that the natural curiosity of these creatures is bound to bring them into closer contact with man? (And, should they ever get hungry, a meal is only a quick "chomp!" away)

And, finally - (Depending, of course, on how you perceive things) - One of "Fins Of Fury's" highlights consists of interviews with surviving victims of shark attacks. Here they tell their tales of terror and proudly show us their incredible battle-scars.

So, forget about the movie "Jaws", folks, this is the real thing!
