Actually pretty silly to be listed under Low Carb Diets. Or to be considered "Primal" (which is Paleo that allows certain non milk, low carb dairy byproducts).

This really gets tiresome.

Why work so hard to keep your body from losing its "sweet tooth" (and taste for sugars and starches)? Plus the consumption of something noticeably sweet (even if theoretically "low carb") can, in some people, prompt the release of insulin in anticipation of incoming glucose - and thereby enhance insulin resistance.

Just go Low Carb and keep use of Stevia and artificial sweeteners to a minimum (for example not so much as to sweeten coffee or tea, but just enough to take the bitter edge off if the acidity bothers you as compared to using Stevia, etcetera, in amounts as exist in sodas and colas).
