sissy spacek wastes no time leaving out details of her extraordinary ordinary life- her method of writing closely matches that of her acting, showing us only what we need to know about her roles on stage and off -- which is what makes this book equally as enjoyable to read as watching her on the screen-

Funny, heart-breaking, lots of photos. She's one of my favorite actresses and the book does not disappoint.
