This 2-disc set contains a silent-era "Fritz Lang" double feature (from 1924) whose stories of Nordic Legend are an on-going saga with a combined running time that comes close to being 5 hours.

IMO - It's definitely the first feature film "Siegfried" that is the real stand-out of these 2.

Not only are Siegfried's set designs, costumes and cinematography notably impressive - But, the "old-old-old school" dragon-effects are absolutely priceless and must be seen to be believed.

Part 2 of this set, titled "Kriemhilde's Revenge", is much less exciting and not near as adventurous as was Siegfried's story.
