This is the first book in a long time that I have actually finished. It wasn't gripping I'd say, but interesting enough to hold my attention and care to see how it turns out in the end. Of course the ending is a bit predictable but I liked the perspective of Logan and how the author gets inside his head with this huge secret he has (that he's a con artist). Very interesting!

When I began this book, I thought it was another one of Blackstock's mysteries. However, this one was more of a romantic novel with unexpected twists! Very intriguing once you got past the first few chapters.
