Most knitting patterns that exist in other books / websites, are not made for the plus-sized form. This book has a wide range of patterns, from basic to medium difficulty, and helps move you through making a sweater that will fit your form.

A wide range of patterns from very avant-garde colour work to conservative yet charming basics. A friend for the 'traditionally built' woman.

An advanced, though clear, and step-by-step guide to alterations to knitting patterns for plus-size women. Assumes more than basic knitting skills, and that the reader knows what kind of styles are most flattering to her body type. A few patterns are included, so an adventurous beginner who has knitted a sweater might want to read this book.
