5 stars as a travel guide for 39 pastry shops, tea salons, and bakeries in Paris. Gorgeous photos of desserts and shops.

But only 25 recipes so only 3 stars as a cookbook.

You can find fantastic cake and dessert recipes in Extraordinary Cakes by Krasne. Best pastry cookbook I've ever read and used.
