Bonnie finds her summer fling boyfriend and fellow band member, Hayden, dead on the floor of a friend's London apartment. She proceeds to hide the corpse and obliterate every sign of her presence at the crime scene. Hayden's well-known involvement with other women could have provided Bonnie a motive for murder. To complicate matters, at least one more person appears to have altered the crime scene.

For this genre of literature - is a very interesting book, in any case, better than most novels of suspense, so popular in recent years. The chapters "Before" and "After" are nicely interspersed. From my point of view "Before" is better written, the language richer than in the "After." Apparently, the victim, who has annoyed everyone, - is a dangerous and bad man, but it feels just the opposite, that he is better than most. Bonny G. acts and thinks often quite stupid. The dialogues are a bit long, and are as for the script of a film.

A nice quick suspense read, as our most of the novels by this author ( or couple). Not her best but better than a lot of similar books out there.
