This book contains practical information about buying, storing, and savoring cheese, whether you live near an honest-to-goodness cheese shop, or just linger at the grocery store cheese counter, wondering what to buy. I didn't try any of the recipes, but the rest of the book is excellent. Aren't you tired of the plastic-wrapped blocks of cheddar? Next time I go shopping, I'm going to put something new and interesting in my cart!
