I wasn't sure I'd like it when I started listening. But before long, I was hooked. It's a fun memoir, and the reader, Adam Grupper, does a very good job with it.

There's also an abridged recording read by the author. I shy away from abridged books, but who knows?

Sort of a cross between Cheers (the TV show) and Catcher in the Rye. Authentic and beautifully written. At turns, poignant, hilarious, painful... but ultimately triumphant. Moehringer essentially wrote Andre Agassi's autobiography ("Open"), which was also excellent.
